Food and Accomodation

Payment, Numbers, Places

We keep numbers deliberately low at present, so email and send a deposit of £50 or the full fee for the programme to secure your place. Maximum participants 12.

Workshops costs includes training fees, lunch and evening meals when appropriate. We offer freshly cooked vegetarian/vegan seasonal and where possible, locally produced food. We can also cater for special dietary requirements with notice. Please mention those when you sign up. We have limited accommodation available at the venue in Stoke Row. Please contact us for further information. There are also B&B’s locally we can provide you with their details. Please find more details on our Food and Accommodation page.

In order to allow for people of all incomes to participate, we are using a sliding scale for fees, £245-315 for weekend seminars (Friday to Sunday) and similar for vision quests (depending on location). We trust your discretion. The upper price refers to the value of what we are offering. The lower price is there to allow for people in tight financial situations, who are in transition moments of their lives or other circumstances that limit their financial means. If you are able to afford more than the entry fee, please consider what rate you are able to pay. Your fee will both support the quality of the work and the possibility of people less fortunate than you to participate.

Part of our pricing is also to look for ways to allow for people in difficult financial situations to participate, even if paying the entry fee is hard for them. If this is your situation, please contact us and we will try to find a way for you to participate.

Our endaevour for our workshops to be open to all. If you require specific assistance other than financial, please again contact us.
